Tanner Gordon Wallace - April 20th

Welcome to my new son, Tanner...born at 1:30pm weighing in at 8lbs. 2oz....

Lian went through another c-section performed by Dr. Kulkarni...Baby and Boy are both doing great...I was allowed to stay with Lian this time in one of the new birthing suites, so it was an interesting couple of days...

He is sleeping well during the day.........the night thing we have to work on, he is congested a bit from the suction of the nose and is a little narrow on one of the passages, so combined with the dry hospital air, he was 'snorting' away the last couple of nights...so Lian and I got about 8 hours total the last couple of days...we hope a more controlled humidity level will ease that and were told he will 'grow' out of the narrowing...I hope...

Here are some pictures to tide everyone over.

Thanks to all who sent flowers and fruit baskets, your kindness is greatly appreciated and will be remembered.

Updates...

So our date has changed from the 17th to the 20th, so next Thursday around 2pm, Junior should arrive...

I know Lian can't wait, she is have a more 'difficult' pregnancy this time around, but she is truly a trooper...hang on Babe, just one more week....

So I will try to post a few more shots and comments leading up and then a few pics after the birth...I will be with Lian for the first few days all the time...we are going to be in a birthing suite so I am allowed to sleep there this time...her recovery time will be about 3-4 days...then I am taking two weeks at the beginning of May to help out as Lian's Mom will be up for the first two weeks...

That's all for now...
